Step 1 — You brief us (Day 1–2) Complete our short briefing form. We ask about your brand, your food, beverage or wellness product range, your certifications, your MOQs, your target market, and the type of buyer or partner you are looking for — distributor, retailer, foodservice, or importer. Whether you are going out of the Nordics or coming in, the briefing process is identical. This takes ten minutes and it is the foundation everything else is built on.

Step 2 — We research (Day 3–10) We identify the single best-fit contact in your target market. This is not a database search — it is active research. We look at the buyer's current range, their category focus within food, beverage and wellness, their recent sourcing activity, and their appetite for new brands. We find one right contact, not ten average ones.

Step 3 — We prepare the briefing (Day 10–15) We write a full brief for both sides. The buyer receives a brand brief — who you are, what you make, why it is relevant to their range, what the commercial terms look like, and what the next step should be. You receive a buyer brief — who they are, what food, beverage and wellness brands they currently carry, what they are typically looking for, and how to approach the first conversation.

Step 4 — We make the introduction (Day 15–30) A personal email or WhatsApp from the Kuulas team to both parties simultaneously. Both sides are fully briefed. Both sides are expecting the introduction. The conversation starts from a position of genuine mutual interest rather than cold surprise.

Step 5 — You take it from here From the introduction onwards, the conversation is directly between you and the buyer or partner. We are available to support if questions arise, but the relationship is yours. We do not sit between you and the people we introduce you to.
