Kuulas Nordic Food Export connects Nordic food and beverage producers (“Suppliers”) with international importers, distributors, buyers and investors (“Buyers”).
We provide export-related services including:

Kuulas Nordic Food Export (“Kuulas”) operates under DRUM Networking (Business ID 2334830-9), a registered company in Helsinki, Finland.
Kuulas is a business division of DRUM Networking, focused on connecting Nordic food and beverage producers with international importers, distributors, buyers and investors.
All contracts, payments, and legal responsibilities related to Kuulas services are entered into with DRUM Networking.

3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
Be a legally registered business entity.
Be authorized to enter into binding commercial agreements on behalf of your company.
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during application and onboarding.
Kuulas reserves the right to decline applications that do not meet eligibility or verification standards.
4. Services & Deliverables
Each service provided by Kuulas is described on our Website and in your onboarding materials.
All services are business-to-business (B2B) and delivered according to the specific scope of each program.
4.1 Global Distributor Matching
Distributor introductions as outlined on the Website.
4.2 Export Lead Revival™
3 Re-qualified commercial conversations within 60 days, defined as: (sample requests, scheduled commercial meetings or written confirmation of buying interest).
4.3 Digital Handshake™
Includes verified trade show representation, lead delivery, and distributor insight reporting as specified in your onboarding pack.
4.4 Investor Access
Investor access and introductions are subject to brand eligibility and internal approval.
5. Pricing & Payments
All service fees are displayed in euros (€) and are 0% VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be completed in full prior to service activation.
Accepted payment methods are invoice transfer.
Access to services begins only after confirmed payment.
Kuulas reserves the right to update pricing at any time; however, existing contracts and paid services remain unaffected.
6. Refunds & Guarantees
Kuulas operates under a performance-based, no-risk principle:
Export Lead Revival™: If Kuulas is unable to secure 3 qualified introductions within 60 days, our work doesn't stop. The credit rolls over. We continue our outreach at no extra cost until the target is met.
Digital Handshake™: If no verified leads are delivered, Kuulas will represent the brand again at the next trade show free of charge.
All other fees (including Global Distributor Matching) are non-refundable once services have commenced.
Refunds are not available for delays or outcomes beyond Kuulas’ control (e.g., distributor or buyer response times, market conditions).
7. Verification & Conduct
All participating brands must meet Kuulas’ verification standards related to product authenticity, sustainability, and export readiness.
By joining Kuulas, you agree to:
Provide true and accurate information about your brand and products.
Maintain professional and respectful communication with all distributors, buyers and partners.
Avoid sharing confidential distributor or buyer contact details outside the Kuulas network.
Kuulas reserves the right to suspend or terminate partnership if false information or misconduct is identified.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and trademarks on the Kuulas Website (including text, graphics, and branding) are owned or licensed by Kuulas Nordic Food Export.
You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of this Website without prior written permission.
Your own brand materials (logos, photos, and documents) remain your property but grant Kuulas permission to use them for marketing, trade representation, and distributor or buyer communications.
9. Confidentiality & Data Protection
Kuulas values confidentiality and complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We handle all client and importer / distributor / buyer information responsibly and securely.
By engaging with Kuulas, you consent to the collection and processing of business-related data for service delivery purposes.
You may request data access or removal in line with our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
While Kuulas makes every effort to ensure accurate, verified matchmaking and representation, we cannot guarantee specific commercial outcomes such as sales volume or export contracts.
Kuulas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except as required by law.
Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
11. Termination
Kuulas may terminate or suspend access to services if a brand:
Violates these Terms
Provides false or misleading information
Damages Kuulas’ reputation or distributor / buyer relationships
Termination does not entitle the client to a refund unless otherwise agreed.
12. Force Majeure
Kuulas is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, political unrest, trade restrictions, or global event cancellations.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Finland.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
