  • Why should I pay €2,500 for an introduction?

    Because the fee is not for the deal — it is for the introduction itself. That includes active research to find the single right buyer for your specific brand in your target market, a full brief prepared for both sides so the conversation starts with context rather than confusion, and a personal introduction carried by our credibility with the buyer. A brand emailing that same distributor cold gets ignored. The same introduction coming from Kuulas gets a reply. That difference is what the fee pays for — and it is worth significantly more than the cost of the introduction once a real distribution conversation is underway.

  • Can we pay you when the deal closes instead?

    We do not work on results-based fees. The introduction is the deliverable — not the deal. What happens after the introduction depends on your product, your commercial terms, your pricing, and your follow-up — none of which we control. Charging a commission on an outcome we cannot influence would misalign our incentives completely. What we can guarantee is that the introduction is made to the right person, properly set up, on both sides. That is what you pay for.

  • Does this work for both Nordic brands going out and international brands coming in?

    Yes. The service is identical in both directions. We introduce Nordic food, beverage and wellness brands to verified buyers across 20+ international markets, and we introduce international food, beverage and wellness brands to the right Nordic retailer, distributor, or import partner across Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Iceland.

  • Can I choose the market?

    Yes. You specify the market you want to enter and the type of buyer or partner you are looking for. We do the research within that brief.

  • What markets do you cover?

    On the international side we work across 20+ markets including the UK, Dach, Estonia, Netherlands, Spain, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Japan, South Korea, Australia, and the US. On the Nordic side we cover Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Iceland. If your target market is not listed, contact us — we will tell you honestly whether we can deliver a quality introduction there.

  • What types of buyers do you introduce brands to?

    Importers, distributors, speciality retailers, grocery buyers, foodservice operators, and private label partners — depending on what your food, beverage or wellness brand needs and what makes sense for your target market.

  • Do I need to be export-ready?

    Yes. You need local language packaging as a minimum, a clear product range with defined MOQs, and the ability to fulfil an order if the buyer wants to proceed. For brands entering the Nordic market specifically, you will also need to be prepared to address Nordic regulatory and labelling requirements.   • Do I get introduced to multiple buyers or just one?

    One introduction — and that is by design. We spend the research time identifying the single best-fit buyer for your brand in your target market, brief both sides fully, and make one warm, personal introduction. One right introduction leads to a real conversation. Ten average ones lead to noise. If you want to enter a second market or reach a second buyer type after your first introduction, you come back for a second one.

  • What happens after the introduction?

    The relationship is yours. We do not take a commission on any deals you close. Brands that want ongoing introductions across multiple markets can discuss a more structured arrangement with us — but there is no obligation and no pressure. Start with one introduction.
