Kuulas was founded on a simple observation. Great food, beverage and wellness brands — Nordic brands with exceptional products, and international brands with genuine Nordic market potential — were failing to find the right buyers and distribution partners not because the demand wasn't there, but because the connection between them was broken.

Trade shows are expensive and hit-or-miss. Cold outreach rarely converts. Hiring an export manager or a market entry consultant is out of reach for most growing brands. And the introductions that do happen are usually cold, poorly timed, and missing the context that makes a buyer take the conversation seriously.

We built one focused service to fix that. A warm, personally facilitated introduction to the right buyer or partner — for food, beverage and wellness brands, in any market, in either direction. Nothing more, nothing less.

We brief before we connect Both the brand and the buyer receive a full brief before the introduction is made. The brand knows exactly who the buyer is and what food, beverage and wellness brands they currently carry. The buyer knows exactly what the brand makes and why we think it belongs in their range. The conversation starts with context, not confusion.

We work in both directions Most market entry services work one way — either helping brands go out, or helping brands come in. We do both, with the same process and the same standards in food, beverage and wellness. That means our buyer network serves both directions simultaneously, which makes every relationship in our network more valuable over time.

We put our reputation on the line Every introduction we make carries our name. That means we only make introductions we genuinely believe in. A bad introduction costs us more than it costs the brand — because our credibility with buyers depends entirely on the quality of what we bring to them.
